Bootcamp | Program Design: Organizing for Success
Are you looking to improve the performance of your corporate citizenship programs or designing one from scratch? The Star Model, an organizational design tool developed by Jay Galbraith, offers a simple, yet powerful framework for looking at the interactions between program design elements and an organization’s culture and performance. There are 5 elements of the Star Model, and each must be designed with the others in mind. In this session, participants will dive deeper into the star model to learn how it can be used to plan corporate citizenship programs, to check whether you have ALL of the resources and support you need to achieve your objectives, and to structure and allocate resources and design processes to maximize your impact and effectiveness.
Teams that learn together succeed together.
