We are beyond excited to bring you all—practitioners of CSR and ESG—back together for another enlightening and inspiring event. This year's conference theme is "One," which so perfectly captures the spirit of our field as well as the reason we gather, year after year—to make our one world better, more sustainable, and more equitable. Together we focus on the work and where it's headed. One represents unity, cohesion, shared purpose—nothing could be a truer description of our corporate citizenship community. But One can also be singular—one idea, one project, one step in a better direction. Big and small, these individual “ones” are the stuff worth sharing, unpacking, celebrating, learning how to replicate and scale. That’s what the International Corporate Citizenship Conference is all about. As a CSR professional, you belong here because you’re a part of the collective One. But make no mistake, it’s your individual efforts: your case study examples, your breakout session questions, your conference notebook full of notes on next steps… that drive this show and make it worth having. And that’s why you should meet us this year in Memphis.

So, what do you say?

About the International Corporate Citizenship Conference

For nearly 40 years, the International Corporate Citizenship Conference (the Conference), hosted by the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship (BCCCC), has brought together hundreds of global CSR professionals looking to learn, share, and network among peers. Unlike other CSR events, the Conference does not admit vendors or nonprofits, as our goal is to focus solely on corporate social responsibility—with all its unique challenges, emerging best practices, and opportunities. You won't find more relevant, topical, actionable insights anywhere else.

Day One at #BCConf23 The biggest event in corporate citizenship began with an introduction from the CEO of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Eelco van der Enden. This year’s conference theme, Rethinking Resilience, inspired discussions about the flexibility and agility required to attune organizations’ CSR strategies in a rapidly changing world.

Day Two at #BCConf23 Convening sponsor, Target, kicked off Day Two in Minneapolis. Target's session focused on its incredible Target Scholars program. CSR leaders and partners outlined the importance of co-creation in developing initiatives that actively support the specific needs of a community. The day continued with breakout sessions, workshops, and onsite volunteering.

Day Three at #BCConf23 After hearing from CSR leaders at GM and FedEx, and enjoying another day of breakout sessions and case studies, attendees heard from Valley Water CEO and sustainability and diversity advocate Rick Callender, who shared remarks on the intersection of racial justice and economics.
