Bootcamp | Assessing Your Partnerships

Partnerships are an essential element of many successful corporate citizenship programs, but it can often be difficult to assess whether a partnership is delivering value. This session will provide an overview of a partnership assessment framework that provides tools to evaluate whether existing partnerships are meeting, or in some cases exceeding, expectations. By the end of this session, participants will be able to create partner assessment maps based on key partnership criteria to determine the relative strengths and weaknesses of a given partnership relationship.
