Madison Luther is starting a new position as an audit and assurance senior on the Sustainability and ESG Services team at Deloitte. "After spending 4.5 years on our internal Office Experience team, I'm excited to begin a new chapter in my sustainability career," announced Luther on LinkedIn.
Chelsea Racelis has joined Cisco as inclusion and collaboration development specialist, supporting Cisco’s work to power an inclusive future for all by equipping leaders in the organization to foster a culture of belonging. "I can’t wait to dive deeper into work that is aligned with my purpose," said Racelis on LinkedIn. "For anyone in the DEI/social justice space—I’d love to hear your words of wisdom or advice!" Racelis joins Cisco from EY.

National Grid announced the launch of a scholarship program aimed at increasing diversity in engineering across Massachusetts and New York. The company will select six candidates for the 2022-2023 academic year to each receive a $10,000 scholarship and a paid summer internship in National Grid's Massachusetts or New York business. Scholarship and internship recipients who continue to meet the program's criteria may continue receiving these benefits for up to four years.
Point32Health has released its first-ever Corporate Citizenship Report: Creating a Shared Future. The report highlights stories covering philanthropic grants, community engagement, volunteering, how the company supports colleagues in their giving, and taking the lead on issues that matter to its communities, members and colleagues. It features business practices focusing on equity and inclusion; products and services addressing health disparities; and relevant and responsive community engagement.
The PSEG Foundation has launched its 2022 request for proposals for the Neighborhood Partners Program, which awards grants ranging from $500 to $15,000. Applications from eligible nonprofit organizations will be evaluated and grants awarded based on demonstrated program effectiveness, depth, breadth, and overall alignment with the PSEG Foundation strategic pillars, which are environmental sustainability, social justice and equity, and economic empowerment. The PSEG Foundation funds grants to more than 200 nonprofit organizations that have an impact in communities in New Jersey and Long Island, NY.
Qurate Retail Group is celebrating the two-year anniversary of its Small Business Spotlight, which gives entrepreneurs from underrepresented groups national exposure on QVC®, HSN® and Zulily®. Since its launch in May 2020, Small Business Spotlight has provided over $7 million in donated airtime, digital support and other pro-bono, in-kind services to more than 200 featured entrepreneurs. On average, these entrepreneurs experienced a 78% increase in web traffic, a 41% increase in number of customers, and a 26% increase in email subscribers.
The Wells Fargo Foundation has awarded $1.3 million in grants to Rebuilding Together to provide critical home repairs to nearly 100 homes in 45 communities across the U.S. As part of the Wells Fargo Builds program, residents in need will receive essential home repairs at no cost. Additionally, to kick‑off this year’s nationwide effort during National Homeownership Month, approximately 80 volunteers from Wells Fargo, Rebuilding Together Philadelphia, and the community came out to repair eight homes on the 3300 block of Kip Street in North Philadelphia.
