Spotlight on You

Sean Mullen, leader of 3M’s Manufacturing and Academic Partnership, shares how the company works with local schools and colleges to attract tech focused students to careers in modern manufacturing. “I want to help people—particularly those who may not have grown up with much—find rewarding, well-paid jobs in their community,” he said. “Work is so important for all of us. Work helps us feel better about ourselves—it gives us pride and purpose in life.

We join Amy Wendel, global head of corporate social responsibility at LogMeIn, in congratulating the company’s 2019 Mission Possible Heroes, whose superlative volunteer efforts helped to create positive change within local communities.

Aaron Sherinian, vice president of global communications transformation at PMI, shares what he has learned from a career in corporate change.
