Lasting programs grow and evolve

In the field of corporate citizenship, the large-scale and systemic challenges that we seek to address cannot be solved overnight. In this article, we explore two companies that have experience with corporate citizenship initiatives that span more than a decade. By taking the long view, The Travelers Companies and EY each have continuously improved their initiatives so that a more sustainable and equitable today translates to a better tomorrow.
