As more jobs in the United States require skills in STEM, there are fewer applicants to fill them. Whether this phenomenon is labeled as a talent, skills, or information gap, the fact remains that—across many industries—an insufficient number of workers are prepared to meet the rigorous technology demands of today’s workplaces.
