2019 Film Festival_for-web

The 11th annual Corporate Citizenship Film Festival—the largest film festival devoted exclusively to celebrating the work of corporate social responsibility (CSR) professionals, their companies, and programs—has officially begun!

Presented by BBVA Compass, this year's Film Festival includes a submission period that runs from November 12, 2018 through January 18, 2019. Public voting will be held from February 4 through February 27, 2019, and winners will be honored as part of a formal ceremony at the 2019 International Corporate Citizenship Conference on April 28 in Dallas, Texas.

Entering our Film Festival gives teams the opportunity to showcase how their companies are using video to communicate their corporate citizenship initiatives; it also helps spread the word about the great work that companies are doing—films will be viewed by hundreds, mentioned in blog posts, and receive both third-party media attention and social media impressions.

Since the inaugural event in 2009, the Film Festival has received more than 520 submissions. Among last year’s winning entries were films that showcased impactful disaster relief efforts, the power of financial literacy and STEM education, and the responsibility of men to “Man Up” and support an end to domestic violence. This year’s contest stands to be even more dynamic!
