Professional Credits in Corporate Citizenship

CDP Certificate of Completion

After successful completion of the CDP Reporting course, participants receive a CDP certificate of Completion. CDP is the only global disclosure system for companies, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impacts and for investors or purchasers to access environmental information for use in financial decisions.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship is an IACET Accredited Provider. This means that most in-person and online course participants can receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs), upon approval by their company or organization. IACET is the premier standards-setting organization for continuing education and training. IACET Accredited Providers are an elite group of educators dedicated to quality in continuing education and training. Consumers trust the IACET CEU because they know that the Accredited Providers’ processes must follow the ANSI/IACET Standard for Continuing Education and Training and have been thoroughly assessed by a third party.

GRI Certificate of Attendance

After successful completion of the GRI Standards for Reporting course, participants receive a GRI Certificate of Attendance. GRI is an international independent organization that helps businesses, governments and other organizations understand and communicate the impact of business on critical sustainability issues such as climate change, human rights, corruption and many others.

IIRC Certificate of Attendance

After successful completion of the Integrated Reporting course, participants receive an <IR> Certificate of Attendance. The International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) is a global coalition of regulators, investors, companies, standard setters, the accounting profession and NGOs. The coalition is promoting communication about value creation as the next step in the evolution of corporate reporting.

CPE Credits

As a registered Continuing Professional Education (CPE) sponsor, the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship is proud to offer CPE credits for specific open-enrollment courses relevant to accounting professionals who are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits are granted based on a 50-minute hour.*
