Please note: This webinar has been postponed. More details coming soon!
At our International Corporate Citizenship Conference, we convene the top minds in corporate citizenship from around the world. That's why this month's webinar is dedicated to a conference topic that we couldn't let you miss - Make an Impact with a Small Program or Team!
Corporate citizenship professionals are often part of a very small team - or in many cases - are teams of one. By making use of networks, focusing, and taking advantage of their businesses' core competencies, small teams can accomplish a great deal.
Senior Manager, Community Engagement
Ashley Rossman has worked for over a decade at BECU, the nation's 4th largest Credit Union, holding multiple roles with the Community Affairs team, currently holding the title of Senior Manager of Community Engagement. Under her leadership, BECU launched their much-awarded Closing for Good program, closing their doors for one day to send employees to teach financial literacy to local high school students. Her role ranges from setting strategic direction for employee and community engagement programs to managing logistics of outdoor volunteer events in unpredictable Seattle weather on a shoe-string budget.
Pandora Gives Program Manager, Diversity and Inclusion
Karina is a CSR professional with a passion for building and executing strategies that yield the greatest social and business impact. As a 5 year Pandora veteran and leader of their giving efforts, Karina finds herself in a dream role where she develops impactful programming while directing Pandora staff to address the pressing community needs through volunteerism. Prior to her current role, Karina contributed to the Advertising and Learning and Development functions at Pandora with additional experience in events, marketing, and communications.
