If you've attended our conference before, you know that there are many more great sessions than there are hours in the day. Don't worry though, because this month's webinar will build upon the learning and insights that were shared in Boston.

A consistent topic for conversation among citizenship professionals, corporate citizenship in small and medium size companies is known to be a bit different than in huge, multi-national conglomerates. There are opportunities for innovation, but many challenges to face. Join us to hear from member companies who have embraced these challenges, and learn how they engage their employees, prioritize initiatives, and innovate both effectively and creatively!

Featured Speakers:

Tauck - At only 240 employees, Tauck is certainly familiar with being the little company in a big, big world. They are an 87 year old family company and operate hundreds of tours to exotic locals, traditional trips to popular spots like Europe, and ultimately plant feet in 60+ countries annually. Roni Goldberg will share how her citizenship deparment operates in this challenging environment.

The Advisory Board Company - Though they are slightly larger with 1,850 employees, The Advisory Board company is challenged to mobilize this for-profit company offering services to non-profit hospitals, universities, and related companies. Graham McLaughlin will discuss the challenge and opportunities inherent in being a mid-sized company in the citizenship world of giants.
