As Einstein famously said: “not all things that can be measured matter and not all things that matter can be measured.” Corporate citizenship professionals are called upon increasingly to justify initiatives by measuring the value of their programs. This course will review measurement of outcomes and impacts of corporate citizenship programs and move beyond that to explore methods to capture the value created for both the company and the community. This two-day workshop takes a deep dive into how to use two of the most important tools to measure your programs: the logic model and return on investment (ROI).
